Test Systems for the End of Line test
With End of Line test systems from Sourcetronic you can perform fast and holistic product tests for components and parts, such as capacitors, coils, stators, transformers, circuit boards, cables or for end products, such as charging columns, wallboxes, pumps, household appliances, medical technology. There are 3 standard variants: Winding Goods Test System, Capacitors Test System and EST Test System (electrical safety test). As the complexity of your products increases, so do the requirements for the test system. Therefore Sourcetronic develops customized individual solutions with extensive expansion possibilities, software and accessories. The complete test system consists of a modular 19" cabinet, a test cage, a relay matrix and a barcode scanner, as well as the individual test devices. If you already have corresponding test devices, also from other manufacturers, these can be integrated with pleasure.

Test system for inductances and capacitances in connection with high voltage
The ST®EOL test systems are integrated test systems (hardware and software) that for the first time make it technically possible to combine high-voltage and precise low-voltage tests for capacitors and inductors (coils, transformers, stators, etc.) in the field of e-mobility. Until now, high and low voltage tests have been carried out with separate test systems, as high-precision measurements require compensation of line resistances, which conventional resistance testers, multimeters or LCR meters are not designed for. The test systems consist of diverse and complex measuring devices, a self-developed high-voltage and switching matrix (STM relay matrix) to separate the measuring devices from each other and connect them to the test object one after the other, as well as the iteratively developed ST-EOL software. The relay matrix protects the low-voltage testers from the high-voltage testers and the innovative software coordinates all test sequences and circuits of the relay matrix. Thanks to the modular structure of the relay matrix, fully automatic use of different measuring devices is possible for the first time without the need for manual adjustments. Any test combinations of the connection points are possible. The software enables optimum control and use of the relay matrix from different devices.
Robust STM relay matrix
In many productions, there are different test types or different connections on the DUT that have to be tested one after the other. To avoid manual switching and the resulting loss of time, switching with a relay matrix is important. This switches the individual channels fully automatically or disconnects channels so as not to damage other measuring devices or the DUT itself.
Sensible test sequences in production
The test sequence is as follows: the tester places the test specimen in the test cage and connects it to the test leads. When the test specimen is scanned, the corresponding test program is automatically called up in the user-friendly ST®EOL software. After closing the test cage, the test plan is started. The test runs through fully automatically. The software controls the measuring devices and communicates with the relay matrix. A LAN interface is available for communication between the computer and the relay matrix.
