Surge Testers
With the Surgetester or the Impulse Winding Tester you can set isolation debilities of winding goods. Experts have set in studies that 60 percent of engine-blackouts begin as an interturn fault in a winding. With the high-voltage-test you can measure the isolation to the ground. The Surge Tester provides the information about the quality of the winding. Thereby you can also recognize pre-damages, which not yet present an electrical interturn fault.
Whether windings of rotation motors, AC- and DC-motors, stators, rotors, transformers and coils, single-phase and three-phase, all of them you can check effective with the quick comfortable ST2883 Surge Tester or with the ST3800 (PI/DAR-measurement incl.). The measurement equipment is expandable with resistance test, high-voltage-test, identification of agitator direction and temperature measurement. Feel free to get the Surgetester rather the Impulse Winding Tester integrated with other tests as a test-system inclusive robust adaptation kits.
