The Sourcetronic TM25T is an high frequency earth ground tester for operations on overhead pipelines. The association of the individual poles through the lightning rod conventional devices would falsify the measurement. While using conventional equipment, the ground wire has to be disconnected from the mast at the time of measurement. To avoid this risky procedure on power poles, the TM25T was developed. Its operating mode is based on the use of a high frequency measuring current (25 kHz) with the inductive impedance of the ground line. Due to the increase of the impedance with the frequency, the influence of the nearby poles is greatly reduced. The TM25T has a Bluetooth interface and allows remote access via tablet with the BlueLogg software. Furthermore you can create pictures connected to the GPS coordinates of the electric poles as well as recording voice memos for every measurement. Last but not least the robust earth ground tester is equipped with a universal charger and an integrated battery.
