Capacitance Meter

The Sourcetronic capacitance meters allow to determine accurately the capacitance values of a great variety of capacitors as well as of capacitive specimens. In addition to the ST2638 and ST2618B desktop devices you will find in our shop the practical handset ST2622 for mobile use. The handset ST2622 has a measurement accuracy of up to 0.5%, with a 4 1/2 digit LCD backlit display. The measuring range of the ST2622 is between 0.1 pF and 199.99 mF. The capacitance meter ST2618B provides an even higher measurement accuracy of ±0.1%. It has a maximum sampling rate of 10 kHz and has a built-in comparator as well as self-protection from damage by charged components. Thanks to both RS232 and handler interfaces it can be connected to the PC as well as to automatic test systems. The fixed output impedance makes it also suitable for measuring ceramic capacitances. The ST2638 capacitance meter meets high end requirements, providing a maximum test frequency of 1 MHz and an accuracy of ±0.07%. The 4.3" TFT-LCD color display shows the measured values and other information very clearly arranged. Thanks to the high test speed, measured values can be captured in just 2.3 milliseconds. An internal memory and an external USB port allow the storage of measured values directly in the device or on a USB stick. Multiple interfaces such as RS232C, USB CDC, LAN, HANDLER and GPIB allow connecting the meter to a PC as well as automated data logging.
