The standardized ST measurement calibration according to DIN ISO 17025 is independent of the manufacturer. In general your measuring device is calibrated on the same day and sent back. Each measuring device whether LCR Meters, or other VDE Devices are calibrated by highly qualified service technicians. The calibration certificates contain all the measured values, all allowed tolerances and traceable standards.

Calibration Process at Sourcetronic

Order: Simply order the Sourcetronic calibration service through our online shop or send us your order by email to info@sourcetronic.com.

Sending the devices: To use the Sourcetronic calibration service, simply send your devices to the Sourcetronic company address. This ensures that your devices arrive on time and safely, allowing us to begin processing quickly.

Packaging: Please ensure solid packaging of the devices and accessories and make sure the batteries are charged. If the packaging is inadequate, extra costs may be incurred. Be sure to include a reference (e.g., order confirmation) in the package so that we can correctly assign your devices.

Receipt confirmation: After receiving your devices, you will receive a receipt confirmation and an order confirmation by email.

Shipping costs: Shipping costs always refer to the return shipment by Sourcetronic. Processing time usually takes between two and five business days, depending on the current workload. If you need your device back within a day, please select the EXPRESS service.

Return shipment: Once calibration is complete, your device will be shipped back to the delivery address you provided. A shipping notification including tracking and the invoice will be sent to you by email afterward.
