ST600s | External potentiometer – How to connect it and which one is compatible?

All potentiometers with a resistance of 1kΩ to 5kΩ and a power of 2W are suitable for connection as external potentiometers to terminals AI1, +10V and GND. If more than one potentiometer is to be connected to the frequency inverter, it must be ensured that the 10V voltage source is not loaded with more than 10mA in total; this is the case, for example, with two potentiometers if their resistance is at least 2kΩ each. An illustration of the assignment can be found in the user manual in chapter 4.

The following parameter must be changed so that the target frequency can be controlled via the potentiometer on AI1:

P00.06 = 1 (frequency control mode on AI1).

The input used must be configured for voltage measurement. AI2 can only be used as a voltage input.
The following parameter must be set for AI1:

P05.50 = 0 (AI1 = voltage input / factory setting).
