ST600s | Err.42, what does this message mean, what can be done?

If the error message Err.42 appears on the display of the frequency inverter, it is a fault in the safe circuit of channel H2.

Causes:

• STO is improperly wired.
• Error occurred on the external switch of STO.
• Hardware error occurred in the safety circuit of channel H2.

Solutions:

• Check if the terminal wiring of STO is proper and tight enough
• Check if the external switch of STO is working properly
• Replace the control board.
