ST600s | Err.09, what does this message mean, what can be done?

If the error message Err.09 appears on the display of the frequency inverter, this is due to overvoltage during operation at constant speed.

Causes:

• A fault has occurred in the input voltage.
• Strong energy feedback.
• Missing brake units.
• The dynamic brake is not activated.

Solutions:

• Check the input power.
• Build in dynamic braking units.
• Check the setting of the corresponding function codes P08.37 and P08.38.
